Gift Vouchers

What we offer

Christmas or a birthday is just around the corner and you still haven’t found the right present? Then you are welcome to buy a voucher from us, but please understand, we cannot sell you tickets directly because each ticket is  personalized to the ticket holder, and to do this we need the registration details and the signature of the future owner. However, we would be happy to issue you a voucher for the amount of your choosing. This voucher can then be used to buy tickets or other items from our shop or used to buy food and drink in the bistro. In order to be able to determine the exact value of your voucher, we recommend that you have a look at our price list in advance.

HERE IS HOW YOU GET A VOUCHER

The fastest and easiest way is if you come to the climbing centre in person and pay for the voucher at the cash desk. If you don't have time for this or if you live too far away, then send an email to info@kletterzentrum-innsbruck.at and let us know the amount you want us to add to your voucher. You will then receive an invoice from us. After receiving payment, we will create the voucher for you and send it by registered mail. Of course, we will need an address for the creation of the invoice and shipping.

Note: Up to a value of € 50, € 5 postage will be charged.

NEW ALPINE Routes AND ROCK-CLIMBING AREAS

Our homepage for the climbing centre Tivoli (2001 - 2016) had already developed into a much-visited information platform for new alpine tours and new rock-climbing areas. We want to continue this tradition on the new Innsbruck Climbing Centre website and will send you regular updates. However, we will no longer be responsible for the area of ski mountaineering.

    Shoe-resoling

HELP - MY SHOES ARE FALLING APART!

If you would like to have your shoes resoled, you are welcome to bring them to the climbing centre. In the back area of the bouldering room we have set up a service point / drop-in slot where you can simply drop off your old shoes. Our partner "Schuhe Mösl / Orthopädie Papes" from Natters (near Innsbruck) offers an excellent service.

    How does it work?

    • You grab a box that is available at our service point and fill out the order form legibly. Here you indicate what type of sole you would like (4mm or 5mm, with or without a cap, black or grey) and whether you would like to pick up the shoes directly from "Schuhe Mösl" in Natters or whether you would like them to be sent to your home.
    • You put the shoes to be resoled together with the order form in the box and throw it in the slot.
    • The shoes are picked up every Friday afternoon and are usually ready for collection from the shoemaker in Natters (0512 546204) on Wednesday.

    Lost & Found

YOU FORGOT SOMETHING IN THE HALL?

... then you are in good company! Our tip: Please make sure that you really have everything with you when you pack your rucksack, at the latest when you leave the climbing hall. Dozens of shoes, bottles, chalk bags, belts, even pieces of clothing and much more are left with us every day. We put everything that we collect each evening on the large Lost & Found shelf, which is located in the boulder room on the way to the toilets. Items that have been left behind for a long time are moved from the Lost & Found shelf to our own warehouse for a short time. At some point we have to throw everything away. Valuable or smaller items such as wallets, ID cards, belay devices, glasses, etc. we leave at reception.

In the event that you left something behind, we ask you not to call us, rather drop by and have a look for yourself whether the items are still here. Our employees will also be happy to let you into the hall without a ticket, so you can go to the Lost & Found or accompany you to the warehouse as necessary.
