We are rebuilding!

From July 2026 we will expand our entrance area by approx. 90 m² and remodel the kitchen.

As a result, the flow of visitors should be better directed and thus more space should be created for registration, ticketing, trying on rental shoes and passing through to the turnstiles and over to the bistro. The cold store should also be brought closer to the kitchen, thereby improving the organizational process in restaurant operations. The renovation work will take approximately 4 months.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

Climbing operations remain fully operational. Access to the climbing hall is via temporary containers at the supplier entrance in the staircase near the children’s area. The number of lockers in the cloakrooms must be reduced due to building regulations. We therefore ask you, if possible, to visit our facility in sports clothing. The seating in the bistro will remain the same. For ongoing bistro operations, we will set up a kitchen container in front of the guest garden, through which a reduced offer will be available – despite renovation work in the kitchen.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused during the construction phase and ask for your understanding. We are doing our best to keep the disruption as low as possible and are already looking forward to a completely redesigned entrance and reception area in our Innsbruck climbing center at the beginning of November 2026.
